At Bloom Perfumery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If a scent isn't the perfect match, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and include the original packing slip inside a secure shipping box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
